PRODUCERS CO-OP OFFICIAL NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERS Notice is hereby given that the Annual meeting of the Members of Producers CO-OP will be held on August 18, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at the Olathe Store for the following purposes:   1. Financial Report of the Association  2. To elect 3 Members to the Board of Directors for a three year term.  3. Report of the Board of Directors and Management on operations.  4.
